The Support at Home program replaces existing Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC), introducing eight tailored funding levels with a ‘no worse off’ guarantee for grandfathered participants. The transition to the new Support at Home program officially begins from 1st November 2025, streamlining in-home aged care for all eligible individuals.
